Description

Good Morning,

I am requesting a correction to form 1878786. The height should be updated to 48 inches as that is what is on our form.

Additionally, the caregiver advised us that the child keeps unbuckling himself while secured in the seat. We advised the caregiver that the child requires an adaptive harness for safety purposes and that we would contact her regarding resources.
