I will need the following forms removed please from the NDCF. 1833326 on 03/24/26 The numbers for 03/26/26 somehow submitted even though an error was showing…honestly, I am not sure what happened. The original form was 1833026 and there are two kids . It was showing me an error for child 2 and kept fixing it and trying to resubmit but it wouldn’t take it. When I checked on it one more time on 04/06/26 it finally let me submit it. However, the following 12 forms are showing up online with only the 8-9 yr old so they will need removed. 1825776-1823871 Thank you!
