Good morning,

Could you please help me correct the following on the National Carseat check form please.

For check form 1466876 the following would need to be corrected : #26 " MODEL NAME" would need to read Ez Lift Pro Infant Carseat for child # 2.

Additionally, the carseat checkform1466876 would need to be dated 6/16/2025 instead of 6/17/2025.

Lastly, for check form 1466876, for child 1, could you please add "mother aware child needs to always be in a carseat" in the agency documentation box

For check form 1466876 the following would need to be corrected # 3 "CHILDS AGE IN YEARS " needs to read 7< 8 .
