Description Hello, Am I allowed to request a correction on behalf of one of the techs that I work with? I am the site coordinator. If so, I need a correction for form ID 2010386 from tech 789138 and It needs to be from State funds, meets eligibility and from Johnson County WIC not TRAC with IDoH, meets eligibility and from Franciscan.
