Description Hello! Can you please confirm the correct way to answer question #10. We had some techs from a different team work with us recently, and their interpretation of Q10 was different than what we have been doing. When a client arrives with a car seat for an unborn child, can you check the harnesses based on what you see (twists, damage, etc) and assume that the unborn would be a typical newborn size? I've instructed my techs that you can still answer yes or no, based on that assumption. For example, if the car seat is brand new and the harnesses are in the lowest slots, you know it's likely that the harness height is correct. But if the caregiver arrives with a used seat and the harnesses are still in higher slots from a previous baby's use, you can assume that they are the incorrect height for an unborn/soon to be newborn, and you would answer it "no." Some techs are assuming since the child is not present, that you must answer N/A. Can you please advise? Thank you! Edit
